Detox and Revival

Begin your time at Lon Retreat with a journey through mineral waters sourced from ancient limestone springs deep beneath the farm. At our open-air contrast therapy space we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and embrace the restorative power of heat, cold, and mineral-rich waters. Bathe + Sauna + Plunge for 90 minutes prior to your Lon Spa treatment, with access to our Mineral Pool, Hot Mineral Soak, Finnish Sauna, Magnesium Natural Plunge Pool & Swedish Soak Bucket. On arrival, you will receive a robe, a towel, and a locker, along with a Naturopath's blend of detox tea.

After your Bathe + Sauna + Plunge, your therapist will guide you to the Lon Spa treatment room for a 2.25 hour Detox and Revival Spa treatment. The Detox and Revival is a comprehensive purification process using highly potent active ingredients such as Tulasi, Wild Turmeric and Indian Lime, working as detox agents to stimulate cells, circulation and lymphatics. This invigorating full body exfoliation is followed by a detoxifying wrap, head and scalp massage, and private steam. Your journey concludes with a signature massage, a fusion of modalities that is deeply relaxing but rejuvenating.

Allow 4 hours (inclusive of 90 minutes of Bathe + Sauna + Plunge in Lon's Mineral Bathing and Contrast Therapy Space prior to your treatment, and time to lounge with a cleansing herbal tea after your treatment).
